здесь написано, что мы храним, зачем и как это удалить. в приложении показывается этот же текст.

что мы храним

почта и пароль — чтобы войти. при регистрации ты подтверждаешь, что тебе есть 16, и мы храним, когда это подтверждено. из анкеты и настроек: имя и фамилия, дата рождения, если её указать (только для метки дня рождения на неделе), страна и город (необязательно), площадки, ниши — о чём снимаешь — и регион трендов, цель, цифры и цели по подписчикам и доходу, валюта, тест «твой стиль». твой план, идеи, заметки, сценарии, свои поводы (название, дата, заметка и напоминание), цифры и ссылки постов, заготовки подписей, сделки с суммами, настройки «моего голоса» и счётчик сообщений AI — хранятся в аккаунте, чтобы всё работало на любом устройстве. если эти функции включены, там же хранятся поездки (город, место на карте, часовой пояс и даты) и тексты и расценки медиакита. аватар, в том числе фото, если его выбрать, хранится вместе с аккаунтом. история чата с AI хранится только на устройстве, готовые разборы аккаунтов — тоже. фото, кадры видео, скриншоты и файлы, которые ты отправляешь в AI, проходят через наш сервер к Anthropic только для ответа и у нас не хранятся. медиакит собирается на телефоне и никуда не уходит, пока ты им не поделишься. технический журнал расхода AI (число токенов, стоимость запроса в долларах и вид запроса, без текста) хранится 90 дней — чтобы следить за расходами. что такое статистика использования, написано в её разделе ниже.

где хранится

на сервере Supabase (регион Сингапур) по шифрованному соединению и на устройстве — чтобы приложение работало без интернета. пароль хранится только в виде хэша.

AI-чат

AI в amelo работает через Anthropic (США). запросы уходят только после «разрешить» в окне «AI видит твой план» — оно появляется перед первым запросом; отозвать — профиль → настройки → AI и данные. в обычный чат уходят: сообщение и прошлые реплики, план на две недели (эта и следующая), до 20 названий идей, имя, цель, площадки, город и страна, местное время, тип и тон стиля, «мой голос» (если включён: до 3 последних сценариев или подписей, принятые правки, аудитория и запретные темы) и «что заходит» из твоих цифр. если включены поездки, туда же уходят города и даты поездок на две недели, а если включена погода, то погода по дням и городам. из сделок в обычный чат попадают только названия задач по ним (в них бренд и что сдать), если задача стоит на эту или следующую неделю; сумма, валюта, сроки оплаты и права — только по «разобрать ТЗ» и только этой сделки. по кнопкам: разбор сценария — текст сценария; «со скриншота» — снимки статистики поста, его название, площадка и дата; «разобрать ТЗ» — текст ТЗ или договор (фото, pdf), бренд, сумма, валюта, дедлайн и что сдать по этой сделке, названия площадок; разбор чужого ролика (если эта функция включена) — его текст, ссылка и скриншоты, названия твоих серий и последних задач (в них может быть бренд). фото и кадры видео — только те, что ты прикрепляешь. никогда — почта, пароль, заметки и файлы задач; из файлов идей — только фото, отправленное на разбор. по условиям Anthropic для API данные не идут на обучение моделей.

разбор аккаунта по ссылке

только с твоего разрешения — поменять можно в «AI и данные». если прислать ссылку на публичный аккаунт, сервер загрузит его публичные данные: ник, описание профиля, число подписчиков, до 30 последних постов с подписями и цифрами. источники: YouTube Data API (YouTube API Services, Google), Instagram API (Meta, Business Discovery) и ScrapeCreators (TikTok и личные Instagram). цифры считает amelo, затем данные уходят в Anthropic для советов AI. на нашем сервере эти публичные данные лежат в кэше не дольше 48 часов. готовый разбор хранится на телефоне до 7 дней, поэтому повторный разбор того же аккаунта не тратит лимит. ещё он хранится в истории AI-чата на устройстве до 30 дней, а если сохранить его в идеи — вместе с идеями. выход из аккаунта и удаление аккаунта стирают его с телефона. в журнале запросов остаётся, какой аккаунт amelo просил разбор, площадка и когда, без ника — 90 дней, для лимитов. если данные не загрузились, можно прислать скриншоты профиля: они уходят в Anthropic как обычные фото чата и у нас не хранятся.

если разбирают твой аккаунт

если кто-то в amelo присылает ссылку на твой публичный аккаунт, мы загружаем его публичные данные: ник, имя и описание профиля, число подписчиков и постов, до 30 последних постов с подписями, ссылками и цифрами. откуда — у самой площадки (YouTube Data API, Instagram API) или через ScrapeCreators; через ScrapeCreators имя профиля не берём, а у закрытого аккаунта — ничего, кроме того, что он закрыт. зачем — для разбора по просьбе этого человека. сколько — не дольше 48 часов на нашем сервере; в журнале запросов твоего ника нет. кто получает — Anthropic, чтобы составить разбор. отказаться — письмо на amelo.app@mail.ru с ником: вносим его в список отказов и удаляем кэш, после этого аккаунт больше не разбирается.

YouTube и Google

разбор аккаунта и тренды используют YouTube API Services. пользуясь ими, ты соглашаешься с условиями YouTube — https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. как Google обращается с данными, написано в политике конфиденциальности Google — http://www.google.com/policies/privacy

тренды и темы недели

для трендов приложение отправляет на наш сервер регион (Россия, СНГ, Европа, Азия или Америка), страну-источник, по которой для него собираются тренды, язык, ниши — о чём снимаешь (до трёх) — и названия твоих площадок. имени, плана и других данных о тебе в запросе нет. по словам ниши, стране и языку сервер берёт публичные данные у YouTube Data API и ScrapeCreators. Claude (Anthropic) отбирает из них подходящее, а если включены темы недели, собирает темы и проверяет примеры: ему уходят подсказки поиска TikTok и YouTube, названия и подписи публичных роликов TikTok, Instagram и YouTube, звуки, хэштеги и публичные ники авторов, а ещё ниша, страна и язык — ничего о тебе. тренды и темы общие для всех, темы обновляются раз в неделю. они лежат в общем кэше до 21 дня, данные YouTube — не дольше 30 дней. для дневного лимита помним, что был запрос, — до 2 дней.

превью ссылок

когда ты сохраняешь ссылку на пост или видео, приложение отправляет её адрес на наш сервер, а он загружает со страницы название и обложку. адрес ссылки на сервере не хранится; для дневного лимита помним, что был запрос, — до 2 дней.

погода

чтобы узнать страну и часовой пояс дома (от них зависят местные поводы), а если погода включена — показать прогноз, приложение отправляет в Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com), бесплатный погодный сервис, название города дома, а потом координаты найденного места. если включены поездки, туда уходят и города поездок, в том числе когда ты добавляешь поездку при выключенной погоде: так amelo находит место и его часовой пояс. даты поездок и данные аккаунта туда не уходят.

люди и чат

это работает, только если включена совместная работа. человек с доступом к твоему плану видит твоё имя, аватар, площадки, почту и задачи — без файлов, цифр, ссылок на вышедшие посты и сделок; никогда — заметки, деньги и остальной профиль. партнёр, отмеченный в задаче «вместе с», видит эту задачу (с тем же ограничением) и твоё имя. почта, на которую отправлено приглашение, хранится вместе с ним. чат хранится на нашем сервере, виден только вам двоим и проходит фильтр оскорблений и спама. жалоба сохраняет копию последних сообщений для проверки — пока жалоба разбирается и ещё 90 дней. любого человека можно заблокировать. закрытие доступа удаляет чат.

разрешения устройства

календарь — ведём только свой календарь «amelo» и добавляем туда публикации по твоей команде; из остальных читаем лишь список календарей, чтобы найти свой. фото и видео — только файлы, которые выбираешь ты; файлы задач и идей остаются на устройстве, кроме фото идеи, отправленного на разбор; сохранение в фото — только по кнопке «сохранить кадры в фото». микрофон и распознавание речи — только пока ты диктуешь; приложение получает текст, а не запись. уведомления — напоминания, которые включены.

оплата

покупки pro проходят через App Store или Google Play по правилам Apple или Google — данные карты мы не видим и не храним. статус подписки нам сообщает RevenueCat (сервис подписок) по id аккаунта: активна ли, до какого числа и продлится ли. управлять подпиской — в настройках Apple Account или Google Play. пока в amelo нет покупок, покупать нечего.

отчёты об ошибках

если приложение падает, технический отчёт (модель устройства, версия ОС и приложения, текст ошибки) и иногда замеры скорости уходят в Sentry, чтобы мы это починили. отчёт привязан к внутреннему id аккаунта — без почты, имени и содержимого плана; адреса запросов в нём без параметров.

статистика использования

чтобы понимать, что улучшать, приложение записывает короткие отметки о действиях: анкета пройдена, экран регистрации показан или закрыт, аккаунт создан, добавлена первая задача, экран pro открыт или закрыт, разбор аккаунта начат, готов, не удался или сохранён в идеи, закончился лимит AI. после запуска продаж добавятся начало пробного периода и подписка, о них сообщает RevenueCat. каждая отметка привязана к внутреннему id аккаунта. в ней есть версия приложения, платформа, время и пара коротких полей, например откуда открыт экран или площадка разбора. текста, ников, ссылок, почты и рекламных id в отметках нет, и уходят они только на наш сервер. до входа отметки ждут на телефоне, а после входа уходят в аккаунт. хранятся они 90 дней, потом остаются только общие цифры по дням без id аккаунта. выключить их можно здесь: профиль → настройки → AI и данные → «статистика использования». тогда отметки, которые ждут на телефоне, стираются, а новые не собираются.

кому передаём

рекламы и сторонних трекеров нет, данные не продаём. Supabase (Сингапур) — хранение. Anthropic (США) — ответы AI и темы недели из публичных данных площадок. Resend (США) — письма: код для входа (получает только почту) и жалобы из чата нам на проверку. Sentry (США) — отчёты об ошибках. RevenueCat (США) — статус подписки. Apple — вход через Apple (токен для отзыва входа хранится на сервере и удаляется вместе с аккаунтом). Open-Meteo — только названия городов дома и поездок и координаты найденных мест. Google (YouTube Data API), Meta (Instagram API) и ScrapeCreators получают только ник или ссылку, присланные для разбора, или страну, язык и слова ниши для трендов — твоих данных не получают. Vercel — хостинг сайта. Timeweb (Нидерланды) — наш сервер-посредник: для тех, у кого прямое соединение с Supabase не работает (например, в России), запросы приложения идут через него в Supabase в зашифрованном виде; он их пересылает и ничего не сохраняет. каждый из них получает только то, что нужно для его задачи, и обеспечивает такую же или не меньшую защиту данных, чем описано в этой политике и требуют правила App Store.

передача за границу

данные обрабатываются в Сингапуре (Supabase) и США (Anthropic, Resend, Sentry, RevenueCat и другие подрядчики выше). защита — договоры обработки данных с поставщиками и стандартные договорные условия.

основания

договор — аккаунт, план, синхронизация и тренды. согласие — запросы к AI и разбор аккаунтов по ссылке. законный интерес — журнал расхода AI, отчёты об ошибках, статистика использования (её можно выключить в настройках) и защита чата от злоупотреблений.

сколько храним

профиль, план, идеи, свои поводы и сделки — пока есть аккаунт. чат — пока открыт доступ. приглашение и почта в нём — пока его не отозвали. журнал расхода AI и журнал разборов — 90 дней. статистика использования — 90 дней, потом только общие цифры по дням без id аккаунта. публичные данные чужих аккаунтов на нашем сервере — до 48 часов. отметки о запросах трендов и превью ссылок — до 2 дней. темы недели в общем кэше — до 21 дня, данные YouTube — не дольше 30 дней. копия сообщений из жалобы — пока жалоба разбирается и ещё 90 дней. готовые разборы аккаунтов на телефоне — 7 дней. история AI-чата на устройстве — 30 дней.

как отозвать согласие

профиль → настройки → AI и данные: AI-помощник, разбор аккаунтов по ссылке и статистика использования. «мой голос» выключается в настройках, погода — тоже, когда эта функция включена. доступ к календарю, фото, микрофону и уведомлениям — в настройках телефона. удалить всё — «удалить аккаунт» или письмо в поддержку.

твои права

доступ к своим данным, исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки, возражение и выгрузка — по письму в поддержку. можно пожаловаться в надзорный орган по защите данных своей страны.

удаление

профиль → настройки → «удалить аккаунт»: аккаунт и данные, в том числе статистика использования, удаляются с нашего сервера сразу; фото и файлы приложения, разборы аккаунтов и неотправленные отметки стираются с этого телефона; пометки «кто правил» с твоей почтой убираются из чужих планов. если хостинг хранит резервные копии, удалённое пропадает из них в течение 7 дней. копии из жалоб живут свой срок (см. «сколько храним»). подрядчики (Anthropic, Resend, RevenueCat, Sentry, Supabase) хранят технические журналы по своим политикам. ещё можно письмом попросить выгрузить или удалить данные.

возраст

пользоваться amelo можно с 16 лет, это подтверждается при регистрации. если узнаем, что аккаунт принадлежит человеку младше, удалим его.

сайт

getamelo.com размещён на Vercel — там ведутся журналы запросов (IP-адрес и браузер). язык сайта запоминается в браузере (localStorage, ключ amelo-lang). аналитики нет, шрифты загружаются с нашего сервера.

this page says what we store, why, and how to delete it. the app shows the same text.

what we store

email and password — to sign you in. when you sign up, you confirm that you're 16 or older, and we store when you confirmed it. from onboarding and settings: first and last name, date of birth if you add it (only for the birthday mark on your week), country and city (optional), platforms, your niches — what you film — and trends region, goal, follower and income numbers and targets, currency, the "your style" quiz. your plan, ideas, notes, scripts, your own occasions (name, date, note and reminder), post numbers and links, caption snippets, deals and brand amounts, "my voice" settings and the AI message counter — stored in your account so everything works on any device. if those features are on, trips (city, place on the map, time zone and dates) and media kit text and rates are stored there too. your avatar, including a photo if you pick one, is stored with your account. your AI chat history stays on your device, and so do finished account breakdowns. photos, video frames, screenshots and files you send to the AI pass through our server to Anthropic just to get a reply and are not kept by us. the media kit is put together on your phone and goes nowhere unless you share it. a technical log of AI usage (token counts, the cost of the request in dollars and its type, no text) is kept for 90 days to keep costs in check. what usage stats are is described in their own section below.

where it lives

on a Supabase server (Singapore region) over an encrypted connection, and on your device so the app works offline. your password is stored only as a hash.

AI chat

amelo's AI runs on Anthropic (USA). requests go out only after you tap "allow" in the "the AI sees your plan" window, shown before the first request; to withdraw — profile → settings → AI & data. a regular chat message sends: the message and earlier turns, your plan for two weeks (this one and the next), up to 20 idea titles, first name, goal, platforms, city and country, local time, your style type and tone, "my voice" (if on: up to 3 recent scripts or captions, accepted edits, audience and topics to avoid) and "what works for you" from your own numbers. if trips are on, it also gets trip cities and dates for two weeks, and if weather is on, the weather by day and city. from deals, regular chat only gets the titles of their tasks (they include the brand and the deliverable) if the task falls on this or next week; amount, currency, payment and rights dates — only through "read the brief" and only for that deal. by button: script breakdown — the script text; "from a screenshot" — the post's stats screenshots, its title, platform and date; "read the brief" — the brief text or contract (photo, pdf), the brand, amount, currency, deadline and deliverables of that deal and your platform names; someone's video breakdown (if that feature is on) — its text, link and screenshots, the names of your series and recent tasks (they may include a brand). photos and video frames — only the ones you attach. never your email, password, notes or task files; from idea files — only a photo sent for a breakdown. under Anthropic's API terms, data is not used to train models.

account breakdown from a link

only with your permission — change it in "AI & data". when you send a link to a public account, our server loads its public data: handle, profile description, follower count, up to 30 recent posts with captions and numbers. sources: YouTube Data API (YouTube API Services, Google), Instagram API (Meta, Business Discovery) and ScrapeCreators (TikTok and personal Instagram accounts). amelo calculates the numbers, then the data goes to Anthropic so the AI can give advice. on our server this public data is cached for no longer than 48 hours. the finished breakdown stays on your phone for up to 7 days, so opening the same account again doesn't use up your limit. it's also kept in your AI chat history on the device for up to 30 days, and with your ideas if you save it there. signing out or deleting the account erases it from the phone. the request log keeps which amelo account asked for a breakdown, the platform and when, without the handle — for 90 days, for limits. if the data doesn't load, you can send screenshots of the profile: they go to Anthropic like any chat photo and aren't kept by us.

if someone breaks down your account

if someone in amelo sends a link to your public account, we load its public data: handle, name and profile description, follower and post counts, up to 30 recent posts with captions, links and numbers. where from — the platform itself (YouTube Data API, Instagram API) or ScrapeCreators; through ScrapeCreators we don't take the profile name, and for a private account we take nothing except that it's private. why — for the breakdown that person asked for. how long — no longer than 48 hours on our server; our request log doesn't keep your handle. who gets it — Anthropic, to write the breakdown. to opt out, email amelo.app@mail.ru with your handle: we add it to the opt-out list and delete the cache, and the account is no longer broken down.

YouTube and Google

account breakdown and trends use YouTube API Services. by using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service — https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. how Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy — http://www.google.com/policies/privacy

trends and topics of the week

for trends the app sends our server your region (Russia, CIS, Europe, Asia or the Americas), the source country trends are gathered for, the language, your niches — what you film (up to three) — and the names of your platforms. no name, plan or other data about you is in the request. by niche keywords, country and language our server gets public data from the YouTube Data API and ScrapeCreators. Claude (Anthropic) filters it and, if topics of the week are on, builds the topics and checks the examples: it gets TikTok and YouTube search suggestions, titles and captions of public TikTok, Instagram and YouTube videos, sounds, hashtags and public creator handles, plus the niche, country and language — nothing about you. trends and topics are the same for everyone, and topics refresh once a week. they stay in a shared cache for up to 21 days, YouTube data for no longer than 30 days. for the daily limit we remember that a request was made, for up to 2 days.

link previews

when you save a link to a post or video, the app sends its address to our server, which loads the title and cover from the page. the address isn't stored on the server; for the daily limit we remember that a request was made, for up to 2 days.

weather

to find your home country and time zone (local occasions depend on them) and, if weather is on, to show the forecast, the app sends Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com), a free weather service, the name of your home city, then the coordinates of the place it finds. if trips are on, trip cities are sent too, also when you add a trip with weather off, so amelo can find the place and its time zone. trip dates and account data are never sent.

people and chat

this works only if working together is on. a person with access to your plan sees your name, avatar, platforms, email and tasks — without files, numbers, links to published posts or deals; never your notes, money or the rest of your profile. a partner tagged in a task's "together with" sees that task (with the same limits) and your name. the invited email is stored with the invitation. chat messages are stored on our server, visible only to the two of you, and pass a filter for insults and spam. a report keeps a copy of the latest messages for review — while the report is open and 90 days after. you can block anyone. removing access deletes the chat.

device permissions

calendar — we manage only our own "amelo" calendar and add your posts there when you ask; from the rest we read only the list of calendars to find ours. photos and videos — only the files you pick yourself; task and idea files stay on your device, except an idea photo sent for a breakdown; saving to your photo library — only when you tap "save media to photos". microphone and speech recognition — only while you dictate; the app receives text, not audio. notifications — the reminders you turn on.

payments

pro purchases go through App Store or Google Play under the rules of Apple or Google — we never see or store your card details. RevenueCat (a subscription service) tells us your subscription status by your account id: whether it's active, until when and whether it renews. the subscription is managed in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. while amelo has no purchases, there's nothing to buy.

crash reports

if the app crashes, a technical report (device model, OS and app version, the error) and sometimes speed measurements go to Sentry so we can fix it. the report is linked to your internal account id — without your email, name or plan content; request addresses in it carry no parameters.

usage stats

to see what to improve, the app records short events: onboarding finished, the sign-up screen shown or closed, an account created, the first task added, the pro screen opened or closed, an account breakdown started, finished, failed or saved to ideas, an AI limit reached. once sales start, RevenueCat will also report a trial or subscription start. each event is tied to your internal account id and has the app version, platform, time and a couple of short fields, like where a screen was opened from or the platform of a breakdown. events contain no text, handles, links, email or ad ids, and they go only to our server. before you sign in, events wait on your phone and go to your account after sign-in. they're kept for 90 days, then only daily totals without an account id remain. to turn them off, go to profile → settings → AI & data → "usage stats". events waiting on your phone are then erased, and new ones aren't collected.

who we share data with

no ads, no third-party trackers, we don't sell data. Supabase (Singapore) — storage. Anthropic (USA) — AI replies and topics of the week built from public platform data. Resend (USA) — emails: your sign-in code (gets only your email) and chat reports sent to us. Sentry (USA) — crash reports. RevenueCat (USA) — subscription status. Apple — Sign in with Apple (the token for revoking sign-in is stored on our server and deleted with your account). Open-Meteo — only the names of your home and trip cities and the coordinates of the places found. Google (YouTube Data API), Meta (Instagram API) and ScrapeCreators get only the handle or link sent for a breakdown, or the country, language and niche keywords for trends — never your data. Vercel — hosts the website. Timeweb (Netherlands) — our relay server: when a direct connection to Supabase doesn't work (for example, in Russia), the app's requests reach Supabase through it over an encrypted connection; it forwards them and stores nothing. each of them gets only what its task needs and will provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this policy and required by the App Store Review Guidelines.

transfers abroad

data is processed in Singapore (Supabase) and the USA (Anthropic, Resend, Sentry, RevenueCat and the other providers above). safeguards — the providers' data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.

legal bases

contract — account, plan, sync and trends. consent — AI requests and account breakdowns from a link. legitimate interest — the AI usage log, crash reports, usage stats (you can turn them off in settings) and protecting the chat from abuse.

how long we keep data

profile, plan, ideas, your own occasions and deals — while your account exists. chat — while access is open. an invitation and its email — until it's withdrawn. the AI usage log and the breakdown log — 90 days. usage stats — 90 days, then only daily totals without an account id. public data of other accounts on our server — up to 48 hours. marks of trends and link preview requests — up to 2 days. topics of the week in the shared cache — up to 21 days, YouTube data — no longer than 30 days. a copy of messages from a report — while it's reviewed and 90 days after. finished account breakdowns on your phone — 7 days. AI chat history on your device — 30 days.

how to withdraw consent

profile → settings → AI & data: the AI assistant, account breakdowns from a link and usage stats. "my voice" is turned off in settings, and so is weather when that feature is on. access to calendar, photos, microphone and notifications — in your phone's settings. to delete everything — "delete account" or an email to support.

your rights

access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and export of your data — on request by email to support. you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

deletion

profile → settings → "delete account": your account and data, including usage stats, are removed from our server immediately; the app's photos and files, account breakdowns and marks not yet sent are wiped from this phone; "edited by" marks with your email are removed from other people's plans. if our hosting keeps backups, the deleted data disappears from them within 7 days. copies from chat reports are kept for their own period (see "how long we keep data"). our processors (Anthropic, Resend, RevenueCat, Sentry, Supabase) keep technical logs under their own policies. you can also ask us by email to export or delete your data.

age

you must be 16 or older to use amelo; you confirm it when you sign up. if we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

website

getamelo.com is hosted on Vercel, which keeps request logs (IP address and browser). the site remembers your language in the browser (localStorage, key amelo-lang). no analytics; fonts load from our own server.

questions

write to us — we'll answer, and delete or export your data on request.
